Went for a bike ride today for 2-3 hours and I am now aching which is a good sign. May start going more often :D
I’ve been to Wales for a week and everyday I went out for a meal with my parents. I had big courses and dessert, I drank a lot of coke and ate a lot of crap basically! I’ve put on weight and it’s put me on a downer. Starting from tomorrow I’m going back to my old eating ways and I will start my exercises again to lose this weight.
